A Novel Synchrophasor Estimation Based on Enhanced All-Phase DFT with Iterative Compensation and Its Implementation

Synchrophasor estimation was mostly used in transmission systems the past, and it is difficult to directly apply an existing synchrophasor algorithm a distribution system with more complex structure environment. A high accuracy fast response speed required complete calculation of phasor face changeable power signal network. Therefore, enhanced all-phase discrete Fourier transform (e-apDFT) proposed for this paper, deployed measurement unit (PMU) prototype based on digital processing (DSP). Aiming solve problem traditional apDFT being reduced when due influence dense spectrum, improved through iteratively compensating spectral interferences main bin produced by adjacent bins. The experimental results show that e-apDFT still has its much better than apDFTs presence harmonic components. also complies IEEE standards P-class PMUs.
